The Branch

Spalding is a small but close team of 12 who are all willing to help out across all departments within the branch to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

What we’re doing about COVID-19

Like most businesses, we have had to change the way we do things to make sure all our colleagues are working safely during COVID-19.  As a Branch Manager, your job means you will interact with lots of different people during the day, so we have introduced a set of Safer Operating Procedures which include:

  • Additional PPE supplied to you to ensure a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Social distancing in place in all of our branches

The role of a Managed Stores Assistant

Working in our partnering branch to provide a high level of service to customers of our partnering contract. You will need to be comfortable with multi-tasking as you will be expected to cover all departments within the partnering branch whether that be answering the phone or serving over the counter. This is a brand new contract within the branch so you will need to hit the ground running and get stuck in right from the start.
