Finance Analyst in based in Oxfordshire

We have an exciting role for a Finance Analyst to join the team in Oxford. Our Support Service teams are currently working from home, however there will be an expectation that you can work from the office 2/3 days per week once the government advice changes.

The role of a Finance Analyst

The role of a Finance Analyst is to support the financial needs of the business. You will need to be confident in dealing with complex data, and communicating with a wide variety of people. This role will also require you to be efficient in producing weekly/monthly reports that provide key insights towards core business areas, and further support the end users of such reports.

What you need

  • Be studying towards one of the Accounting qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Self-starter who can work under own initiative.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good planning and organisation skills: able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • A strong desire to progress and develop a career within the Finance function.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience an advantage.
