We're looking for a Branch Manager Designate in our London Branch.

Lloyd Worrall has been supplying the building industry with its architectural ironmongery requirements since 1946. Lloyd Worrall is now the architectural division of Buildbase Limited, part of Grafton Group plc – a major building material and services supplier operating in the UK and Ireland – and comprises five regional trading branches located in Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle upon Tyne, Sheffield and London-based Yannedis, together with a solutions office in Willenhall.

The Lloyd Worrall of today is a premier architectural solutions provider of architectural ironmongery, high performance commercial doorsets, access control and door automation and modular and balustrade systems to the health, education, commercial, retail and leisure sectors in the construction industry through consultation, specification and end-user interaction.

The Role of Branch Manager Designate

This is an exciting new opportunity within Lloyd Worrall. By establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will be providing support to the pre-order function within the branch, ensuring that all quotes and schedules are returned to customers accurately and on time and that exceptional service is the standard. You will also provide smooth handover of orders to the contracts team, ensuring that full and final quotes are provided, and we maximise margin through commercial deals with our suppliers.

You need to be confident to grow and develop a customer base that will contribute sales and margin to the branch. This role provides a great opportunity for you to develop the skills and experience needed to fulfil the branch manager role in the future.
