The role of an Electricbase Assistant Branch Manager

The main responsibility of this role will be to support the Branch Manager in growing sales whilst delivering excellent customer service. The role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their career and is willing to get stuck in with all aspects of the day to day running of the branch. You will need to take responsibility for Electrical stock including procuring special or none standard parts, ensuring adequate stock levels of product are available at all times, re-ordering stock and dealing with returns. You will be serving customers over the counter and phone while liaising with them regarding lead times, stock outs, delays or any other matters
