Your role as Branch Supervisor is to make sure that:

• customers receive a brilliant service when using the branch
• the team is properly trained and motivated
• you build branch sales and profits
• you assist the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to run an efficient and effective operation
• all mandatory training is completed and the branch is a safe place to work

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a Builders Merchants as well as:

• previous experience of managing and developing people and be great at it
• experience of working in a targeted environment
• great planning and organisation skills
• a driving licence
