We're looking for a Property Manager in Scotland!

The role of Property Manager

• To manage a range of properties within a region which could consist of merchant branches (Buildbase), civils, (PDM) distribution and potentially manufacturing sites – ensuring that they are maintained to the companies’ standards whilst complying with all aspects of Health and Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Actively and effectively manage key projects which will include refurbishments, new builds, extensions etc. including management of contractors and costs
• Upholding the Group Philosophy and operating within Group Policies and Procedures.
•  Proactively promote H&S and Environment within the Group and enhance awareness and culture.

What we're looking for

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical and logical way, tackling problem-solving in a pragmatic and practical way.
• Effective communication skills and all levels with the ability to influence others.
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team with minimal supervision. department
• Ability to work in a safe manner ensuring their own welfare and that of customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage projects, contractors and developments
• Competent PC skills, especially excel and word
• Adaptable and flexible approach to work
• Decision maker

What you'll need

• Experienced property professional, ideally within a multi-site business.
• Knowledge of the merchant section would be an advantage although not essential.
