HR Reward Co-Ordinator (6 months FTC)

We have a brilliant opportunity for you to join a highly successful business and team during an exciting time of integrating Buildbase into Huws Gray Group.

As this is a hybrid role you will be expected to be flexible and happy to travel (mainly to Cambridge & Anglesey) with most of the week spent either working from a local branch (which would be your base) or from home. 

Our HR systems are currently going through some major integration so we are looking for someone who can support in coordinating and administering reward and benefit schemes, renewals and information. This will also include supporting the increased activity around aligning benefits and consolidating our providers.

  • Audit reward and benefit data
  • Produce reports for renewals
  • Data updates
  • Support with comms and related plans around benefits and wellbeing initiatives
  • Liaise with brokers for market reviews and arrange internal meetings for reviews
  • Schedule and preparing MI/performance reviews for each benefit
  • Support the implementation of our reward framework including from a system perspective and supporting all related process changes

You will have:

  • Strong data / excel skills
  • Competent administrator
  • Experience with reward / benefits
